This returns policy is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
With regret I do not accept returns for any ‘made to order’ items.
Exchanges
I can only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you have received a faulty or damaged item please email me on: info@chalkpathstudio.com
Please include images of the fault and a description so I can best assist you.
Please note that all of my work is handmade, being handmade, each item is perfectly imperfect and no two pieces are the same.
