Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns
I accept returns for unused items up to 7 days after receipt of item. If 7 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be packed for return ideally with the original packing - please do not send the product back without sufficient padding as this will cause damage during transit and will mean I cannot accept your return.
If you would like to return:
You must cover the cost of returns. I always recommend using a trackable service or purchasing additional shipping insurance for your item incase of loss or damage. I cannot guarantee receipt of parcels if they are lost due to delivery service error.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If items are damaged or opened I will not be able to process your refund.
If the item is fit for return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
I can only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you have received a damaged item please email me on: info@chalkpathstudio.com
Please include images of the fault and a description so I can best assist you.
Please note that all of my work is handmade, being handmade, each item is perfectly imperfect and no two pieces are the same.
